基于ADAMS与Matlab的数控机床进给系统联合仿真

【摘要】 以某型数控雕铣机床的进给系统为研究对象,利用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS建立系统的动力学模型,并添加外部载荷及约束。在控制系统仿真软件Matlab中设计进给系统的控制算法,利用控制输出来驱动机械模型。通过ADAMS/Controls模块作为两软件的接口,将ADAMS中的机械模型的位移、速度等输出反馈给控制模型,闭环实现机械系统与控制系统的联合仿真。通过这种联合仿真,可以为机床进给系统的设计与调试提供可靠依据。
【Abstract】 In the paper, a kinetic model which is the feed system of a certain model of NC engraving and milling machine is built, in the environment of Mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS, as well as loads and constraints are added in the model. The control algorithm of the feed system is designed in the control system simulation software Matlab, and the output of the Matlab model is used to drive the Mechanical model in ADAMS. The model in ADAMS outputs its displacement and velocity as the feedback of the control model in Matlab, and realizes the co-simulation, throughout the ADAMS/Control module, which is the interface of the software. After the co-simulation, some reliable basis can be provided for designing and debugging machine tool feed system.
