利用前端控制实现电子病案质量监控

【摘要】 随着电子病案的开发与应用,医疗机构的对病案质量监控管理也出现了变化。通过对文件生命周期理论的分析,作者提出从更新电子病案管理理念、加强电子病案前端控制,以及在电子病案管理过程中实现前端控制战略、营造前端控制环境和建立前端控制模式等方面实现前端控制手段管理,最后分析了如何提高电子病案管理者的综合素质和运用系统工程原理进行前端控制,实现电子病案的全程质量监控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing and applying of electronic medical records,medical managers begin to pay more attention to the quality of medical records.Through the document life cycle theory analysis,the authors put forward updating the idea of electronic medical records management,front-end electronic medical records control,as well as in the electronic medical records management process to achieve front-end control strategies,and create a front-end control environment and the creation of front-end control mode to achieve front-end control means management,the writers analyze how the electronic medical records by improving the overall quality of managers and the use of a front-end control systems engineering principles to achieve quality control of electronic medical records.更多还原
