倍频YAG激光诱导Al等离子体参数的时空分辨诊断

【摘要】 采用光学多通道分析仪等设备对532nm倍频YAG激光诱导产生的Al等离子体光谱进行了时空分辨测量,得到了等离子体时空分辨光谱,进而利用LTE(Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium)模型和谱线的Stark展宽计算得到了等离子体电子温度和电子密度的时空演化曲线,获得了与相关文献报道相一致的结果。
【Abstract】 The time-space resolved optical spectra of aluminum plasma produced by 532nm frequency-doubled YAG laser were obtained by OMA and other equipments.The curves of time-space resolved electron temperature and density were deduced by LTE model and Stark broadening.The results were consistent with those in other published papers.
