过载对铝合金疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了过载对铝合金疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响,实验与有限元模拟分析结果表明过载使裂纹尖端产生了较大的塑性区,对裂纹扩展有延迟效应,且延迟时间与过载系数成正比。
【Abstract】 The intention of the text is to research the influence of over loading on extension speed of a crack by means of experiment and finite simulation.MTS810 Fatigue experiment machine is to determine the extension speed of the crack and finite simulation is to analyze radius of the Fatigue Crack Tip Plasticity.The conclusion is that over loading made the crack tip produce plasticity and the crack needs some time to penetrate the plasticity. So the crack stops extension after a period of over loading.This is to say there is a detention domino offect for over loading to extension speed of a crack.
