碳/碳复合材料热解碳结构变化研究

【摘要】 通过对化学气相沉积温度的控制,分别得到光滑层及粗糙层两种不同结构的热解炭。利用高分辨率透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等分析手段,对热解炭在2500℃高温处理后其晶体结构的变化进行了分析对比并分析了其原因。结果表明,所得到的光滑层热解炭经高温处理后其层间距d002由0.3559nm变为0.3442nm,炭微晶厚度Lc由4.2nm变为14.8nm。而粗糙层热解碳经高温处理后其层间距d002由0.3446nm变为0.3368nm,炭微晶厚度Lc由6.3nm变为24.0nm,接近石墨晶体结构,说明粗糙层热解碳比光滑层热解碳具有更易石墨化的多晶碳结构。得到光滑层热解炭的原因是由于在反应过程中脱氢及加乙炔基团时在炭层中形成五环基、空穴及其他缺陷。

【Abstract】 Two types of pyrocarbon,smooth laminar(RL) and rough laminar(SL) were fabricated by control the temperature of CVD process.By Using TEM,X-ray diffraction etc.,the change of the two pyrocarbon crystal microstructures before and after high temperature treat(HTT) was investigated and the reason of which was also analyzed.After HTT,the value of d002 of the SL pyrocarbon was changed from 0.3559 nm to 0.3442 nm and the value of Lc of the SL pyrocarbon was changed from 4.2 nm to 14.8 nm.Also after HTT,the value of d002 of the RL pyrocarbon was changed from 0.3446 nm to 0.3368 nm and the value of Lc of the SL pyrocarbon was changed from 6.3 nm to 24.0 nm.The results showed that RL pyrocarbon had a more easily ability to graphite than SL pyrocarbon.They all had polycrystalline microstructure.The creating of SL pyrocarbon was due to that some five-membered carbon rings,cavities and defects had been induced in the graphene layers during the reaction process.
