复合材料夹层板结构脱胶检测小波分析

【摘要】 复合材料夹层板在制造和长期的使用过程中,可能产生分层、裂纹、特别是脱胶等结构损伤,若不能即时发现和采取措施,运行中极可能导致结构损伤的迅速扩展,造成事故隐患。本文探索采用小波分析方法,研究夹层板结构的脱胶检测。利用被誉为"数学显微镜"的小波分析方法,对夹层板结构在动力学载荷激励下的应变响应信号,进行小波变换,通过分析小波变换系数中包含的奇点特征,对夹层板上脱胶信息进行识别,检测结构的脱胶状况。研究了脱胶发生在不同位置,以及不同脱胶程度等状况时的损伤特征。研究表明,本文方法对有效地检测夹层板是否存在脱胶,以及对脱胶位置和脱胶程度的判定,有理论参考意义和潜在的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 Debond detection for composite sandwich plate by wavelet analysis was investigated exploringly.Damage could occur during the manufacturing process in the form of voids and during the service life in the form of delaminations in the skin or debonds between the core and the skin.If the damage was allowed to progress unchecked,it could lead to severe degradation in the material’s residual stiffness that could result in the structure collapsing.Recently, a great deal of attention has been focused on the use of wavelet transforms for structural damage detection,because wavelet was sensitive to the singularity of the signal.In this paper,debond detection for composite sandwich plate was researched.The strain signals to a dynamical excitation on the composite sandwich were analyzed by complex Gaussian wavelet transform.The characteristics of singularities of wavelet transform coefficients were identified and studied for the information of debond in the sandwich plates.The situations of debond in different locations or with various extents were investigated.It was shown that the method researched in this paper could distinguish the existence of debond on the sandwich plate.And the location and the size of debond could also be assessed.
