X-cor夹层结构的制备及力学性能的初步探索

【摘要】 文章研究了复合材料夹层结构X-cor的成型方法,探索了成型压力、Pin植入角、Pin固化度等因素对X-cor夹层结构成型质量的影响,确定了Pin植入长度和植入角等参数范围。分别采用0.5mm、0.7mm的Pin制备不同Pin密度的X-cor夹层结构,测试了X-cor夹层结构的平面压缩性能以及剪切性能。研究结果表明,偏低的固化度会使Pin在X-cor热压成型过程中发生屈曲;采用Roahcell31泡沫时,Pin的植入角度不宜超过30°;植入Pin后X-cor夹层结构较纯泡沫夹层结构压缩强度提高95%~258%、压缩模量提高220%~482%,剪切强度提高58%~90%、剪切模量提高550%~1087%。

【Abstract】 The molding method of X-cor sandwich structure was studied.The effect of the factors such as manufacturing pressure、embedded angle of Pin and degree of cure of the Pins to the X-cor sandwich quality was explored.The parameters of length and embedded angle of Pin were defined.The X-cor sandwich structure with different Pin density under different diameter of PinΦ0.5mm andΦ0.7mm respectively were made and were tested to investigate the compression and shear performance.The results indicate that:the Pins with low degree of cure will be bent during the thermal pressure molding process;the Pin angle shouldn’t exceed 30°;the compression strength of X-cor sandwich structure increases 95%~258%,the compression modulus increases 220%~482%,the shear strength increases 58%~90%and the shear modulus increases 550%~1087%compared with the foam sandwich structure.
