碳纤维增强聚三唑树脂基复合材料成型工艺优化

【摘要】 聚三唑树脂及其复合材料是一种新型的低温固化材料。研究结果表明固化的聚三唑树脂显示出优良的耐高温特性和机械性能。本研究以二官能团叠氮化合物和四官能团炔化合物合成聚三唑树脂A′2B4,并采用预浸料模压工艺制备了T700单向碳纤维复合材料,考察了成型温度、成型时间、成型压力以及胶含量等因素对复合材料力学性能影响,得到了优化的复合材料成型工艺参数:80℃成型时间4h,压力0.75MPa,后处理工艺: 120/2+150/2+180/2+200/2(℃/h)。制备的复合材料机械性能优良,弯曲强度达1600MPa,弯曲模量120GPa~140GPa,拉伸强度达1200MPa,拉伸模量超过110GPa,压缩强度800MPa,压缩模量90GPa,剪切强度超过80MPa,玻璃化转变温度Tg为250℃。

【Abstract】 Polytriazole resins are novel low temperature curing materials developed by East China university of Science and Technology.,which exhibited good high temperature performance and mechanical properties.In this paper,a kind of polytriazole A′2B4 was synthesized with two-functional- group azide and four-functional-group alkyne,and T700 carbon fiber reinforced composites were prepared by prepreg.The process factors including temperature,pressure and gel content were investigated to gain the optimum process:cured 4h at 80℃with 0.75MPa pressure,then post-treated with 120/2+150/2+180/2+200/2(℃/h).the composites behaved high performance with flexural strength over 1600MPa,flexural modulus 120~40 GPa,tensile strength 1200 MPa,tensile modulus over 110GPa, compressive strength 800 MPa,compressive modulus over 90GPa and shear strength over 80MPa.The composites performed high temperature with glass transition temperature 250℃.
