动柔顺度最小目标下的连续体拓扑优化方法

【摘要】 在谐响应拓扑优化问题中,提出一个新的动柔顺度指标并推导其敏度分析公式。在以动柔顺度最小化的模型建立中,提出基于独立变量的改进变密度法。方法以独立变量为设计变量,从而使单元刚度阵、单元质量阵和单元体积建模具有灵活性,并保证与单元变密度法一致的优化求解算法。通过二维拓扑优化数值算例对优化结果进行分析讨论。结果表明,模型和方法在连续体谐响应拓扑优化中具有可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 A new dynamic compliance is presented in harmonic response analyses and its sensitivity is derived.A new topological optimization method of continuum structure for dynamic problems is presented based on independent node-based design variables.Due to the independence of design variables,modeling of element stiffness matrix,element mass matrix and element volume is more flexible.The optimization models are solved by optimality criteria method which is the same as in element-based variable density method.Some numerical examples are presented and discussed.The results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method and model in topology optimization of continuous structures in harmonic analysis problems.
