SiO3(sf)纤维对Al2O3-SiO2(sf)/Al-Si复合材料的微屈服行为影响

【摘要】 以通过浸渗挤压工艺制备的Al2O3-SiO2/Al-Si复合材料为研究对象,使用配备有位移测量装置的电子拉伸试验机,研究了晶化硅酸铝短纤维的体积分数、纤维长度和纤维定向性对铝硅基复合材料微屈服行为的影响规律,并定性地分析了原因。结果表明:随着晶化硅酸铝短纤维体积分数的增大和纤维长度的增加,铝硅基复合材料的微屈服强度均逐渐减小;增强纤维定向分布时,在其纤维定向方向上复合材料的微屈服强度明显低于增强纤维随机分布的复合材料。
【Abstract】 Effect of volume fraction of alumina silicate short fiber in crystal and its size and orientation on Micro yield strength of Al2O3-SiO2/Al-Si matel matrix composite(MMC) fabricated with squeezing cast were investigated by continuous loading on Istron5569 tester with a displacement measuring installation.It is showed that micro yield strength of the MMC decrease with increase of the volume fraction and the length of alumina silicate short fiber,respectively;micro yield strength of the MMC reinforced with random distribution fibers is higher than that of the MMC reinforced with alignment distribution fibers at their axial direction.
