短纤维增强SiO2气凝胶隔热材料制备及隔热性能研究

【摘要】 以正硅酸乙酯为硅源经两步法制备溶胶,与短纤维复合制备短纤维增强气凝胶隔热材料,改变了纤维用量和凝胶组成。结果表明,气凝胶为纳米多孔网络结构;同样的凝胶组成,隔热材料的热导率随着纤维用量的增加而变大;同样的纤维用量,隔热材料的热导率随着乙醇用量的增多有变大的趋势。
【Abstract】 Chopped ceramic fibers reinforced SiO2 aerogel were prepared by impregnating aerogel into ceramic fibers using the sol-gel process and supercritical drying technique.Factors of Fiber content and gel composition were studied.The results showed that SiO2 aerogel is a special material with nano-structure.In the case of same gel,thermal conductivity of materials increased as fiber content increased.When fiber content was same,thermal conductivity of materials with more ethanol was bigger than that of little ethanol.
