预氧化PAN纤维的微观组织结构研究

【摘要】 采用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)研究了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维横截面超薄切片的微观组织结构。发现晶粒的氧化过程有两种方式,一是由晶粒表面向芯部逐步进行,二是氧直接穿越晶粒形成氧化带。大尺寸晶粒不利于获得均匀的预氧丝组织。在预氧化过程中,晶面间距的逐渐变宽导致晶区向非晶区转变。
【Abstract】 Microstructures of transverse ultrathin sections cut from stabilized PAN fibers were examined by High-resolution transmission electron microscopy.The oxidation of crystallites usually proceeds from their surface to center,or by oxygen penetrating the crystallites to form oxidative zones.Large crystallites are unfavorable to achieving a uniform stabilized structure.During preoxidation, the lattice fringes widen gradually and the crystalline phase becomes amorphous.This is the first and systemic disclosure of the microstructures of the stabilized fibers and their evolution.
