陶瓷材料冲击载荷下力学响应的数值模拟

【摘要】 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性有限元程序建立计算模型,数值模拟了陶瓷靶板在平板撞击下的变形特征和单轴压缩下的力学响应。给出了在压缩过程中不同时刻陶瓷靶板的破坏特征和不同冲击速度下靶板内的应力-时间曲线。通过分析碰撞过程中陶瓷靶的破坏形态及其作用机理,可知冲击波作用下大量的径向和环向裂纹的产生和扩展是导致陶瓷靶破坏的主要因素。数值模拟动态显示了单轴压缩Hopinson压杆实验中入射波、反射波和透射波的传播过程,得到了压杆、陶瓷试件中的应力时间曲线和应变时间曲线,并分析了波形的弥散现象。
【Abstract】 In present paper,mechanical behaviors of ceramic target impacted by planar plate and by uniaxial compression are simulated adopting ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element code,from which stress history curves of different impacting velocities are obtained,and some typical damaging circumstance of different times are presented.By analyzing the interaction mechanism and damaging process of the ceramic target,it is concluded that nucleation and growth of great number of radial and axial cracks play dominant role in failure.The shock wave propagation during the Hopkinson bars and ceramic sample are shown clearly.The stress-time curve and strain-time curve are obtained by numerical simulation,from which the dispersion of shock wave is analyzed.
