【摘要】 目的探讨抗凝等中西医治疗方法对下肢骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者早期疗效的优势。方法2004年4月到2006年10月,将58例下肢骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为两组,保守组:15例,接受抬高患肢治疗;治疗组:43例,在保守组方法的基础上给予抗凝、祛聚、水化、中西医综合治疗,对比两组治疗后第1、3、5、7天患肢周径变化比。结果治疗组在用药后第1、3天患肢周径缩小明显大于保守组(P<0.01);而第5、7天两组患肢周径缩小差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论采用抗凝等方法治疗下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成对早期消除水肿的效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the early advantage of compositive therapy of based on anticoagulation for treatment of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of low limb after operations of low limb fractures. Methods58 DVT of low limb patients after operations of low limb fractures from April 2004to October 2006 were randomised divided to two groups.The conservative -group were 15 cases, accepted raising the sick limbs;the therapeutic-group were 43 cases, accepted compositive therapy of dominating anticoagulation.The low limb perimeter changing-values of same position were compared in 1,3,5,7day after treatment, separately.Results Compared with the conservative -group, The low limb perimeter changing-values were great in the therapeutic-group in 1,3 day after treatment(P<0.01),but there were no significant difference in 5,7 day after treatment betweent two groups(P>0.01). Conclusions Compositive therapy based on anticoagulation for treatment of DVT of low limb after operations of low limb fractures had the availability to lighten edema from DVT.更多还原
