【Abstract】 7 hormones in cosmetic were determined by liquid Chromatogra-mphy mass spectrometry.7 hormones were separated by C₁₈ column with acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% formic acid and 0.02 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate) as mobile phase and identified by ESI-MS-MS.The internal standard for the analyses was fludrocortisone acetate.The standard curves were linear over the range of 50-1 000 μg·L^-1,the recovery were 93.0%-115.1%,the RSD were 4.95%-13.1%.Conclusion:The method is effective to the determination of hormones in cosmetic.更多还原
