【摘要】 农村公路是公路网建设的基础,是城乡统筹协调发展的重要钮带,在建设新农村中具有基础性、先导性、带动性的作用。本文通过对现在农村公路交通中存在的问题和农村公路规划目标的分析研究,在遵循统筹规划、因地制宜、节约用地、环境保护,可持续发展等原则下,提出了农村公路规划建设中应该着重关注的几个方面,包括规划、安全、养护、客运等,为新农村建设中农村公路的规划提供一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural road is the basis of road network and the button of urban and rural area progress in a harmonic way, has the basic, advanced, leading role in building new country. Through analyzing the problem of construction in rural road and the planning goal of rural road, following principle of comprehensive planning, adjust measures to local conditions , sustainable development , this text advanced some aspects which should be pay more attention to in construction of rural road , including planning, safety, maintenance, passenger transport and so on.
