【Abstract】 The new generation of three police gather one system to be possible to cause various po- lice to plant coordinate highly,the combat teamwork,forms information sharing and the rapid reaction dynamic strength system.The main characteristic of new generation of three police gather one system are elaborated in detail in Jiuquan city,then the system overall plan is produced.Finally,the main con- stituent of the systematic is described.This system may enhance the Jiuquan city public security and e- ven enhance the Jiuquan municipal government to handle the emergency cases and arise the quick reac- tion capability to the suddenly event.更多还原
