【摘要】 试验以早熟马铃薯品种“费乌瑞它”（Favorita）和中熟品种“夏波蒂”（Shepody）的脱毒试管苗为材料,诱导结薯,研究离体块茎在休眠与萌芽过程中不同时期的内源激素 GA₃、KT、IAA 和 ABA 含量的变化。结果表明： （1）KT、GA3、IAA 这三种激素含量随着休眠的解除呈明显上升趋势；（2） ABA 的含量甚微,品种“费乌瑞它”仅在第一时期及品种“夏波蒂”仅在第一和第二时期检测出微量,此后均未检出,可见 ABA 的含量呈下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Virus free plantlets in vitro of potato cvs Favorita and Shepody were used for the experiment.The changes of endohormones GA₃,KT,IAA,and ABA during the dormancy and sprouting of microtubers in vitro were investigated.The results showed:（1） the contents of GA₃,KT,and IAA in dormant microtubers were much lower than those in dormancy released ones;（2）the content of ABA was only investigated in the first stage. We may conclude that ABA decreased abruptly in dormancy released microtubers.更多还原
