【摘要】 以“大西洋”和“费鸟瑞它”脱毒试管苗为材料,采用改良 MS 液体培养基+5mg/L Bg+8％蔗糖为试管薯诱导培养基,选取强光、散射光、全黑暗三种光照条件,研究其对两个品种试管薯产量的影响。结果表明,大西洋在黑暗条件下诱导试管薯效果最好,显著优于在强光和散射光条件下的；费乌瑞它对光照反应不敏感,有关的产量指标在三种光照条件下均无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Virus-free tube-plants of“Atlantic”and“Favorite”were used as experimen- tal materials in the study.The minituber inducing medium was improved liquid MS+5ppm B₉+8% sugar.We studied the influence of the strong and direct light,weak and indirect light and complete darkness on the induction minituber.The results showed:The induction effect of“Atlantic”in the complete darkness was the best.It was superior to the others re- markably.“Favorite”was not sensitive to the light condition.The induction effects of three light conditions haven’t remarkable difference.更多还原
