【摘要】 实验研究了温室条件下不同栽培基质对马铃薯脱毒试管苗扦插生产微型薯的影响。供试品种为鲁引1号。研究结果表明,使用珍珠岩和蛭石按1：1 的比例混合作基质,扦插脱毒试管苗生产微型薯,其单株结薯数、单薯重、单位面积结薯数量、单位面积产量、＞1g 微型薯比例(按粒数)都最高。可作为脱毒试管苗扦插的适宜基质。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article studies the effect of different substrates on mini-tuber produc- tion of potato from virus-free tube plant cuttings under green-house condition.The potato cultivar in experiment is Luyin No.1.The result shows that the mixed substrate of 1 perli- te:1 vermiculite is the better substrate.With this substrate,the number of tubers per plant,the weight per tuber,the number of tubers per area,the yield per area,the ratio of tubers more than lg are all the highest.更多还原
