废印刷电路板非金属材料粉填充聚丙烯的力学性能试验

【摘要】 随着电子工业的发展,印刷电路板的产量和废弃量与日俱增。对废印刷电路板中金属、非金属材料进行无害化、资源化、环境化回收处理,已经成为当前关系到我国经济、社会和环境发展所面临的一个新课题。本文中对废印刷电路板非金属材料粉填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的力学性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:在非金属材料粉填充质量分数为10%、20%、 30%、50%时,废印刷电路板非金属材料粉/PP 复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能都提高了;在填充量为60%和70%时,拉伸性能和弯曲性能却降低了;在填充了废印刷电路板非金属材料粉后复合材料的冲击性能都下降了。由此可见,非金属材料粉填充聚丙烯复合材料是一种可行的废印刷电路板中非金属材料粉的回收利用方法。
【Abstract】 The printed circuit board(PCB),the basis of electric and electronic industry,is increasing rapidly in recent years,subsequent- ly,huge amounts of scrapped PCB is displayed in the present of us. Harmlessness,resources and environment of recycling of metal and nonmetal materials of waste PCB is being a new subject for economic development and social development harmonized with environment in our country.In this paper,the mechanical properties of the nonmetal materials/PP composites was investigated.The results show that the tensile and flexural properties of the composites are all improved when the content of the nonmetal materials is 10%,20%,30% and 50%(mass fraction)respectively.The tensile and flexural properties of the composites are all decreased when the content of the nonmetal materials increased to 60% and 70%.The impact property of the composites is decreased by adding the nonmetal materials.There- fore,filling nonmetal materials into PP matrix is a feasible way to re- cycle of the nonmetal materials of waste PCB.
