【Abstract】 Knowledge integration is the basic function and the essence of organizational capability.The effectiveness of knowledge integration decides whether the enterprise can integrate internal and external knowledge resources into the organized knowledge structure,and form the capabilities of enterprise.The paper constructs the effective DEA model of enterprise knowledge integration and analyses the knowledge integration data of China’s 12 enterprises based on the model.It is important that the paper also explores the way using the data envelopment to analyze the effectiveness of enterprise knowledge integration.更多还原
