基于AHP/DEA的自然灾害损失评估模型初探

【摘要】 层次分析法(AHP)以及数据包络分析(DEA)的结合使用,可以避免人为设定 AHP 判断矩阵的主观性和随意性,以及 DEA 决策单元不能在同一尺度上全排序的缺点。本文探索性地把 AHP 和 DEA 模型结合用于自然灾害损失评估中,阐述了基本原理和算法,并且结合实例给出灾害损失排序。
【Abstract】 With the data envelopment analysis(DEA)algorithm and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)algo- rithm being integrated,are can avoid either the subjectivity of AHP or the dichotomy of DEA.In this paper,the AHP/DEA based model for assessing damage of natural disaster is investigated,the principle and calculating meth- od are described,and its application is illustrated with an example.
