【Abstract】 Objective To study the impact of the delivery effect and the degree of comfort to the puerperants who use freedom body position in second stage of labor.Methods Random detached 152 cases into two groups,The observation group has 77 cases,the control group has 75 cases.The observation group choosed every gradients on semi-reclining position, side-lying position,squatting position and sitting position by themselves in second stage of labor and use semireclining-squatting position during the delivery time.The control group are raised the headside with 30°,used lithotomy position during the delivery time.Result The observation group use time less than the control group in second stage of labor(P<0.01),abate the aching pain and numbness of both lower extremities,increase the degree of comfort. Conclusion The freedom body position in second stage of labor can decurtate the birth process availably and reduce the discomfortable of maternity body position.更多还原
