【Abstract】 The world is full of variation. How to understand and analyze variation, master andcontrol the rules of variation is a question faced to all organizations, teams and people at all time.Variation becomes one of key questions of modern management, especially, the basic factor for qualitymanagement. It introduces, in this paper, three categories of variation cause: common causes specialcauses and structural causes; describes the traps of the conventional rules of adjusting variation; and putsforward some rational strategies for adjusting variation against different causes. Finally, it provides a casestudy for showing how to use these strategies.更多还原
