以数字特征为基础的微观质量生命控制思维分析

【摘要】 传统的质量管理模式由于人治影响因素多、宏观控制思维等,客观上不能很好地解决质量控制问题。为解决该问题,把以数字特征为基础的微观科学与分子生物学机理应用于质量控制研究。在分析以sixsigma研究为数字特征化质量控制雏形的基础上,建立了微观质量生命控制思维,分析了微观质量生命控制的基础--质量DNA,并阐述了微观质量生命控制特征、机制、实现思路以及现实意义。
【Abstract】 Traditional quality management model does not adequately solve the problem of quality control,due to the rule of man influencing factors and macro-control thinking. To deal with quality control,micro-mechanism of science based on the digital characteristics and molecular biology were researched for quality control. The quality control of micro-quality life thinking was proposed based on analysis of the six sigma practice for prototype of quality control of digital characteristics. The quality DNA,the basis of micro-quality life control was analyzed. Features mechanism, to ideas, as well as practical significance of micro-quality life control thinking were disscussed.
