基于装配复杂度的装配质量缺陷预测模型的研究

【摘要】 装配活动是产品制造的重要环节,降低操作失误提高装配质量是制造企业关心的焦点之一。本文从装配复杂度入手,通过大量现场数据分别论证了工艺复杂度、设计复杂度两者与装配失误之间的关系。在此基础上建立了适用于机械制造领域的装配质量缺陷预测模型。

【Abstract】 Assembly activities plays an important role in modern manufacturing, strengthening assembly quality and reducing operation miss is one of the top concerns in many companies. In this study, concepts of ‘process based complexity’ and ‘design based complexity’ were introduced and the correlation between the complexities and assembly defect rates were validated based on field data. Then an integrated model was proposed to improve specific design and process deficiencies.
