【摘要】 目的:介绍一组烧伤病例创面严重感染手术治疗的经验及措施。方法:对151例创面严重感染病人,围手术期彻底清创,加强抗感染治疗,剥痂与切痂相结合,肢体禁止挤压驱血,创面覆盖前彻底清洗,外用抗菌素。结果:151 例病人没有因手术引起感染扩散的病例,相反感染症状明显改善,各种方式植皮及皮瓣转移均取得满意的疗效。结论:烧伤创面严重感染并非手术禁忌证,针对感染的措施是保证手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce experience and improvement on operative treat- ment of deep burn wound with severe infection.Methods:151burn patients whose burn wound was severe infection were treated by being strengthened anti-infective cure in peri- operation period,combination peeling crust with escharotomy excisions.In the operation no expelling the blood from the extremities adopted.Before:covering the wound,the wound must be cleaned thoroughly and the bactericide was externally applied. These 151burn patients’ bleed quantity corresponded to that of early operation.The operation didn’ t make the spread of infection.On the contrary,infective symptoms were obviously improved,and every kinds of transplantation of skin grafts and skin flaps all obtained sat- isfactory effects.Conclusion:Deep burn wound with serious infection is not operative con- traindication.The effective measures in connection with infection might be the key to assur- ance of opera-tive success.更多还原
