冰箱用果蔬农残吸附去除装置
A New Device Equiped in Refrigerator to Remove Pesticide Remained in Fruits and Vegetables

【摘要】 介绍了一种冰箱内水循环果蔬农药残留吸附去除装置,简述了其结构、工作流程。利用一个闭合的水循环系统先对果蔬进行清洗,清洗后的含农药的水通过吸附盒内的吸附剂净化后重新对果蔬循环清洗以达到降低农药残留的目的。依据设计方案,初步筛选并优化得到了合适的吸附剂活化海泡石,制作了实验样机并进行简单测试,实验结果表明了该方案的初步可行性,为未来冰箱的多功能性提供一个新的发展方向。
【Abstract】 It introduced a kind of water cycle device using to adsorb and remove the pesticide remained in fruits and vegetables which is going to apply to refrigerator.It related its structure and work process.First of all,pesticide remained in fruits and vegetables is washed by a closed water cycle system,then the water that contained pesticide is purified by adsorbents in adsorption case,After that,the purified water rewashes the fruits and vegetables again and again,finally it achieved the aim to reduce pesticide remained.According to experiment design,we preliminary screened and optimized a kind of suitable adsorbent- activated sepiolites. We produced the experiment prototype and had simple tests,the results indicated that this scheme is feasible.It will provide a new development direction to multi-function of refrigerators in future.
