采用天然混合制冷剂CO2/R600a和CO2/R290的自复叠制冷循环性能研究

【摘要】 本文对采用天然工质 R600a/CO2和 R290/CO2作为非共沸混合制冷剂的自复叠制冷系统进行了模拟研究,在设定的工况下分析了混合制冷剂中 CO2的质量分数和冷凝器出口制冷剂干度对冷凝压力、制冷量、压缩机耗功及系统 COP 的影响。结果表明:采用混合制冷剂 R600a/CO2和 R290/CO2的自复叠制冷系统均能有效地降低系统的高压端压力,且前者的高压端压力仅有后者的60%-80%;两者在制冷量、压缩机耗功以及系统 COP 三方面的性能参数较为接近;随着冷凝器出口制冷剂出口干度的增大,冷凝压力下降,制冷量、压缩机耗功及 COP 均增大。
【Abstract】 This paper investigated the performance of an auto-cascade refrigerating cycle using natural non- azeotropic mixture refrigerant R600a/CO2 and R290/CO2.Simulative analyses on the auto-cascade refrigerating cycle were performed to discuss the influence of variations of refrigerant composition and vapor quality at condenser outlet on the condensation pressure,refrigerating capacity,compressor power and coefficient of performance(COP).The results show that each system has an advantage of reducing high operation pressure, and the high operation pressure of the system using R600a/CO2 only reaches 60%-80% of the other one. Moreover,both systems have similar change tendency for refrigerating capacity,compressor power and COP.As the refrigerant quality at condenser outlet of the two systems increase,the condensation pressure decrease,but refrigerating capacity,compressor power and COP rise.
