可降解餐具碗压缩特性及有限元分析

【摘要】 在建立可降解餐具碗的力学模型基础上,对其进行了有限元分析。通过模型计算与试验相结合的方法,得出在压缩载荷作用下餐具的应力分布规律,为深入研究餐具的裂纹损伤打下基础。经模型计算与试验结果相比较,得出餐具的刚度与破坏强度,并且确定餐具最易出现裂纹的位置。
【Abstract】 The mechanical model of degradable tableware was established.The finite element analysis was carried out.The stress distribution rule of tableware under compressed load was gained by means of com- paring the calculated results by the model with the measured results,which can be foundation for tissue dam- age analysis of tableware.Furthermore,the stiffness and the damage strength were gained through comparing the model calculation with the experimental results,and the position the easiest to crack was determined.
