【摘要】 介绍了嵌入式微处理器PXA270的LCD控制器与SHARP公司的液晶屏LQ035Q7DH06,分析了TFT显示器基本原理,结合它们的工作时序设计了LCD的驱动电路,并在嵌入式操作系统Linux下设计了相应的驱动程序,实现了嵌入式设备的TFT液晶屏的显示。该设计在嵌入式设备中对于驱动TFI-LCD液晶屏具有通用性,Linux下的驱动程序具有很强的移植性,只需经少许改动就可以很方便地应用到不同的开发系统中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The embedded microprocessor PXA270 and its integrated LCD controller are introduced,the basic principle of TFT-LCD is also analyzed.Combining with their characteristics and the timing sequence,the hardware driver interface circuits are designed,then making Linux as embedded operation system,the correspond drive software is designed.The design is universal for driving TFT-LCD in the embedded device.The hard driver program for LCD can explant to other develop system expediently only a spot of change.更多还原
