稀土在石英光纤表面金属化中应用研究

【摘要】 在传统的化学镀镀液中分别添加 La2O3、Ce(SO42和 Yb2O3在石英光纤表面制备 Ni-P 镀层。重点考察了不同稀土化合物浓度对化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性、Ni-P 镀层组成和质量的影响。结果表明,Ce(SO42对改善化学镀工艺过程及其 Ni-P 镀层质量比其它两种稀土化合物更为显著。与传统的化学镀方法相比,添加浓度为40mg·L-1的 Ce(SO42可分别提高化学镀镀速18.6%和镀液稳定性30.8%并使 Ni-P 镀层更为致密细化。

【Abstract】 La2O3、Ce(SO42 and Yb2O3 were added into the conventional electroless plating bath to prepare Ni-P film on the surface of quartz optical fiber,respectively.More attentions were paid to investigating the effects of the rare earthcompounds with different concentrations on the deposition rate,stability of electroless plating bath,composition and quality of Ni-P tim The results revealed that the comprehensive effects of improving conventional electroless plating process and Ni-P film quality by adding Ce(SO42 were more obvious than the other two rare earth componds, respectively.Compared with the conventional electroless plating method,the addition of Ce(SO42 with concentration of 40 mg·L-1could increase the plating rate and the stability of electroless plating bath by 18.6% and 30.8% respectively and make the Ni-P film finer and denser.
