Nd:YAG-TIG填丝复合焊接实验研究

【摘要】 通过实验研究了Nd:YAG激光和TIG电弧填丝复合焊接主要工艺参数对焊缝成形以及焊接过程的影响。探讨了激光垂直入射时作用于材料表面的两热源水平距离DLA、电弧气氛以及送丝量对焊接的影响规律。实验证明:两热源距离DLA决定了作用于材料表面的能量分布,对焊接具有重要影响,在DLA=2mm时得到了较好的焊缝成形;随电流增大,焊缝熔深、熔宽均显著增大;在大电流时,He弧比Ar弧更容易产生大熔深和熔宽,焊缝截面积变大,余高减小;随送丝量的增大,焊缝熔深减小,余高增大,但当电弧存在时,这种现象不再明显,说明引入电弧后可以加大送丝量,提高焊接的桥接能力。

【Abstract】 The effects of parameters to the weld profile and the welding process in Nd:YAG-TIG hybrid welding with filler wire were studied by experiments and the influence rules of the distance between laser beam and arc DLA,the arc atmosphere and the wire feeding rate to welding quality were discussed when the laser power in normal way acted on the surface of the samples. The data indicated that the DLA has important influence on the welding process and weld formation because it results in the change of the energy distribution on the surface of material. A well weld formation can be made when DLA is 2mm. With the increase of arc current the depth and the width of the weld become bigger obviously and helium arc gives higher penetration,width,less excess weld metal and bigger area of cross section than that of argon arc in the condition of high current. The experimental results show that the welding process in Nd:YAG-TIG hybrid welding with filler wire has a very good bridge-ability to the parts welding because of larger wire feeding rate in the case with arc than without arc.
