【摘要】 分析研究了27SiMn 钢管中魏氏组织(W)的形成条件及其对力学性能的影响,结果表明,魏氏组织(W)的形成与加热温度、冷却速度、碳含量以及奥氏体(A)晶粒的大小有关,魏氏组织(W)出现后,由于粗大的奥氏体(A)晶粒使钢的冲击韧性显著降低,因而使钢变脆。更多还原

【Abstract】 The form condition of Widmannstatten structure in 27 SiMn steel pipe and its effect on the mechanics performance are studied in this paper.The results show that the formation of Widmannstatten structure is related to the heat temperature,cooling speed, carbon content and the size of austenite crystal.After the Widmannstatten structure is appeared,the thick and large austenite crystal will decrease the impulsion toughness and make the steel brittle.更多还原
