接种菌根真菌和根瘤菌对大豆/玉米间作体系氮素吸收的影响

【摘要】 本试验采用盆栽方法,研究在不同的供氮水平下。接种不同菌根真菌和根瘤菌对大豆/玉米间作体系氮素吸收的影响。结果表明,双接种接种菌根真菌和根瘤菌对大豆和玉米的生长均有显著的促进作用,其中双接种 SH212和菌根 G.m 促进作用最显著。在不施氮的情况下,双接种 SH212和菌根 G.m 使大豆和玉米的生物量分别比对照增加了45.2%和32.4%,而在施氮200 mg/kg 下的双接种 SH212和菌根 G.m 大豆和玉米生物量也显著高于不接种处理;且就平均而言,双接种真菌和根瘤菌显著提高了大豆的根瘤数;在施氮和不施氮的情况下,双接种 SH212和菌根 G m 玉米和大豆间作体系中总的吸氮量分别比不接种处理高65.4% 和41.5%。因此,表明在合理的施氮水平下,双接种菌根根瘤菌对大豆/玉米生长具有显著的促进作用,而本次试验为通过微生物作用提高间作体系生产力和资源利用效率减少环境污染,进一步发挥间套作在可持续农业中的作用提供新的科学思路。

【Abstract】 A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of inoculating mycorrhizal and rhizobi- um on nitrogen uptake in soybean/maize intercropping system under the different nitrogen supply level. Results showed that dual inoculating rhizobium and mycorrhizal promoted the growth of soybean and maize significantly.The biomass of soybean and maize without nitrogen supply increased by 45.2% and 32.4% due to inoculate rhizobium SH212 and mycorrhizal G.m The biomass of soybean and maize at dual inocula- ting rhizobium SH212 and mycorrhizal G.m treatments was significantly higher than control at rate of 200mg/kg nitrogen supply level.On the average,dual inoculating rhizobium and mycorrhizal promote soy- bean nodules number;Compared with the control,nitrogen uptake in soybean/maize intercropping without N supply or with 200mg/kg N supply increased by 65.4% and 41.5% respectively under the treatment of both inoculate rhizobium SH212 and mycorrhizal G.m.Therefore,at the appropriate nitrogen supply lev- el,inoculate both rhizobium and mycorrhizal promote the growth of soybean and maize.This experiment provided new scientific ideas in improving productivity of intercropping system and enhancing the efficiency of resource use to reduce environmental pollution.It also play important role in sustainable agriculture.
