酒精性肝病免疫机制的研究进展

【摘要】 长期酗酒容易导致酒精性肝病,严重者发展成肝纤维化和肝硬化。目前普遍认为酒精进入体内后激活 Kupffer 细胞和 T 淋巴细胞,进而诱发促炎症因子和自由基的大量释放, 并最终促成肝脏炎症。由此可见,天然免疫系统在酒精性肝病发展过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文将着重阐述酒精性肝病免疫机制方面的最新研究进展。
【Abstract】 Chronicallly ethanol consumption is known to cause significant liver damage resulting in hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.The mechanisms by which ethanol exerts its damaging effects on the liver are not well understood.However,Kupffer cell and lymphocyte seem to play important roles in the progress of liver damage,which produce several proinflammatory cytokines and free radicals.This review will highlight recent experiments demonstrating a role for the innate immune response in the initiation and progression of alcohol liver disease.
