【摘要】 为提取得到林蛙油多糖,采用辐照加中性蛋白酶酶解的方法对林蛙油多糖进行了提取。用 Savage 法去蛋白,并以 DEAE-Cellulose 52层析柱进行了纯化,得到了三个组分的林蛙油多糖(ORP)。以多糖的红外图谱及多糖的单糖组成为指标,对比不同剂量辐射后的多糖的结构改变。在低剂量辐照下,林蛙油多糖结构改变不显著,且单糖组成不显著。林蛙油多糖的提取可以采用辐照加中性蛋白酶结合的方法,有利于林蛙油的提取及提纯。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to extract the Oviductus rana polysaccharide(ORP),irradiation with neutral protease digestion was applied in this study.First,reducing protein by savage and purifying it with DEAE-Cellulose 52 to get three groups of the ORP.Then,comparing the structure change of the polysaccharides with different does of radiation according to the indicators combined with polysaccharide and the IR spectrography of polysaccharide monosaccharide.At low does of radiation,the ORP structure change is not significant,and the monosaccharide composition is not obvious as well.Therefore,irradiation with neutral protease can be introduced for ORP extraction and Rana oil purification.更多还原
