【Abstract】 By using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,six isozymes(LDH,EST, ADH,MDH,POD and COX)of Mugil cephalus from Qiantang River from seven differentiated adult tissues including eye,gill,muscle,liver,heart,kidney and serum were studied.The gene loci and expression phenotypes of the six isozymes were analyzed.The six isozymes of Mugil cephalus from Qiantang River presented distinct tissue specificity.更多还原
