番石榴多糖对糖尿病小鼠的血糖及抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察番石榴多糖对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖及抗氧化水平的影响。方法:通过对小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分成5组:正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、番石榴多糖Ⅰ组、番石榴多糖Ⅱ组、格列苯脲组。在给小鼠灌胃番石榴多糖三天和十天后,采用血糖仪检测小鼠血糖值,第十天解剖小鼠,分别检测小鼠血清和肝脏中的 SOD 和 MDA 水平。结果:与糖尿病对照组比较,灌喂番石榴多糖的两组小鼠的血糖明显降低.并随时间的延长,降糖效果增加。同时两组小鼠的血清及肝脏中的 T-SOD 含量较高,MDA 含量较低。结论:番石榴多糖具有降血糖作用,其机理与其提高机体抗氧化能力有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of guava polysaccharides on blood glucose lever and antioxidant activity in alloxan—induced diabetic mice.Methods:The animal model of diabetes was established by alloxan through intraperitoneal injection.The mice were divided into five groups:normal control group,diabetic model group,guava polysaccharidesl group,guava polysaccharidesll group and glybenclamide group.Blood glucose lever was detected with blood glucose monitor 3 days and l0 days after giving polysaccharides.The mice were dissected after 10 days.SOD activity and MDA concentration in blood serum and liver were determined. Result:Compared with diabetic model group,Blood glucose lever of guava polysaccharides Ⅰ group and guava polysaccharides Ⅱ group significantly decreased.T-SOD activity in blood serum and liver significantly increased,while concentration of MDA in blood serum and liver significantly decreased.Conclusion:Guava polysaccharides can significantly decrease blood glucose lever and improve antioxidant activity of diabetic mice,the latter may be a mechanism of the former.
