【Abstract】 Due to the important role of city in national economy,it becomes necessary factors to ensure the safe of city and society stability.However,many metropolises are faced with the threatening of the flood and the results are beyond imagination if flood disaster occurs.This paper is compared to some successful experiences in flood-control with cities in foreign counties and puts forward strategy and suggestion in flood-control project construction by means of analyzing shortcomings in our country.更多还原
