Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS单波段反射率及植被指数初步比较

【摘要】 本文利用2004年16天合成的250m Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS植被指数数据集(MOD13Q1和MYD13Q1),对Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS之间单波段反射率及植被指数进行了初步比较,根据对整个研究区均值的相关性和差异分析结果表明,Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS单波段反射率及植被指数具有极显著的相关性,植被指数较单波段反射率相关性更高些。其次,Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS单波段反射率及植被指数间存在细微差异,Terra MODIS单波段反射率值普遍较Aqua MODIS值低,但Terra MODIS植被指数值普遍较Aqua MODIS值高。不同时段Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS单波段反射率及植被指数间差异不同,植被指数在冬季差异最大,而单波段反射率则在夏秋季差异较大。植被指数在非生长季节较生长季节差异大,而红、近红及兰波段反射率在生长季节较非生长季节差异大。不同植被类型Terra MODIS和Aqua MODIS间植被指数差异同总体规律相似,但单波段反射率间差异较为复杂,草甸、草原无论是植被指数还是单波段反射率两种卫星的差异均比其他几种植被类型小,而阔叶林和一年两熟作物则差异相对大些。
【Abstract】 Using 16-day 250m Terra MODIS and Aqua MODIS data (MOD13Q1 and MYD13Q1) of h26v05 in 2004, the preliminary comparisons of single band reflectance and vegetation index between the two satellites were carried out. The results using the average value of whole research regions showed that between the two satellites, the relativities reached very significant level, which was more obvious for vegetation index than single band reflectance. However, there were some minor differences between Terra and Aqua data. The single band reflectance values from Terra MODIS were lower than those from Aqua MODIS, but it was contrary for vegetation indices. In addition, the difference between the two satellites changed as time, and it was bigger in winter for vegetation indices and in summer and autumn for single band. From the view of plant growth, we can conclude that in non-growth stages vegetation index difference was bigger than in growth stages, but contrary to single band reflectance. For different vegetation types, single band reflectance differences were complicated. The difference between Terra and Aqua data was more minor for meadow and plain, but bigger for broadleaf forest and double crops a year.
