【摘要】 本文首先分析利用振动攻丝参数匹配专家系统优化振动攻丝工艺参数的必要性,对参数匹配专家系统的结构进行介绍,建立了知识库数据来源的实验法和神经网络预测计算法,确定参数匹配的扭矩最小原则和效率足够原则的推理机制,最后通过参数匹配的实际例子证明最佳工艺参数匹配查询方法对振动攻丝的生产应用具有重要的实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the necessity that makes use for expert system to vibration tapping technological parameters mate is analyzed.The structure of expert system is introduced.Two kind of data source of knowledge base:experiment method and neural network forecast are founded.The reasoning mechanism include minimize torque and efficiency enough is decided.The best technological parameters mate searching method proved by real examples is real important for vibration tapping using for producing.更多还原
