【摘要】 发明了一种快速制造迷宫流道原型的新方法。通过对PMMA这种材料各项性能的深入研究,首次将聚合物(PWWA)这种材料引入滴头原型快速制造的工艺中,结合先进的计算机辅助设计(CAD)和数控加工技术(NC),通过改制加工刀具,解决了流道尺寸测量难的问题。采用微流控芯片的制作方法,即热压法对其进行热键合,实现了节水微滴头的快速开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new manufacturing technique of labyrinth channel is presented in this paper.Based on the deep insight into the properties of material,PMMA is first introduced to fast manufacturing technique of emitter. The application of refined reamer can resolve the problem of measuring the channel size,with the help of CAD and NC.The methods of hot modeling and hot embossing process are used to achieve the fast design and manufacture of water-saving micro-emitter.更多还原
