【摘要】 生态文明是现代林业建设的战略目标,森林可持续经营是现代林业的核心内容,森林资源与生态状况综合监测为森林可持续经营提供基本依据,同时为生态建设、生态评价和制定林业宏观政策提供服务。本文从讨论公众和政府对生态环境状况的需求分析入手,结合林业综合监测在广东省的应用与实践情况,提出了森林资源与生态状况综合监测的内容和指标构成,同时也对广东省综合监测系统设计和将来综合监测发展方向的进行了探讨与总结,这为广东实现森林可持续经营目标奠定基础,也为全国开展森林资源和生态状况综合监测工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Conservation culture was the strategic goal of modem forestry.Sustainable forest management was the core of the modem forestry.Integrated monitoring system of forest resources and ecological conditions promoted fundamental data for the sustainable management,ecological construction and assessment,establishment of the macroscopically forestry policy.Based on the application of this system in Guangdong province,the content and index of this system were presented. Moreover,design outline and future development trend of this system were summarized.These discussion achievements will be served not only as the base establishment of forest sustainable management in Guangdong province,but also as the reference for the work of national forest integrated monitoring.更多还原
