冶金尘泥的复合粘结剂成型及还原焙烧研究

【摘要】 冶金尘泥具有亲水性差、难成型的特点。本文采用新型复合粘结剂对冶金尘泥进行成型及还原焙烧试验, 并且利用尘泥中残余碳作为还原剂,生产供高炉使用的金属化炉料。试验结果表明,复合粘结剂以有机高分子物为主,具有亲水性、粘结力强的优点;采用润磨工艺,适宜的成型压力为800N/cm~2,水分为15%,复合粘结剂用量可降低为1.4%。应用复合粘结剂的成品团块与无机粘结剂团块比较,产品的铁品位和金属化率均提高2~3%。焙烧温度为1275℃,时间为20min 时,成品团块抗压强度为1054N/cm~2,TFe64.74%,金属化率达到85.66%,残余 Zn、 Pb 分别为0.056%、0.045%。

【Abstract】 Metallurgical dust & sludges have poor hydrophilicity,arid it is hard to be agglomerated.Investigations on agglomeration of metallurgical dust & sludge with composite binders and its reduction masting were studied in this paper, using residual carbon in the sludges as reducer to produce metallic pellet for blast furnace.The experimental results indicated that organic polymer is the main component in the new-type composite binder,which possesses high hydrophilicity and strong cohesive force.When using the wet-grinding process,the suitable briquetting pressure and moisture content is 800 N/cm~2 and 15%,respectively,and the dosage of new-type composite binder can be decreased to 1.4%.Compared inorganic binders with the composite binder,the TFe and metallization ratio of products are increased by 2~3%.Under the condition of roasting temperature 1275℃,time 20 min,roasted pellets with compressive strength of 1054 N/cm~2,TFe of 64.74% and metallization ratio of 85.66% could be obtained.The residual content of tin and zinc is decreased to 0.056% and 0.045% respectively.
