武钢炼铁厂一高炉槽下“电改袋”流场模拟与风量分配

【摘要】 基于 CFX 商用流体力学计算软件,对除尘器电改袋后的下进气外滤式袋式除尘器进行了速度场模拟。模拟研究结果表明:从前到后,各滤室上行风速逐渐增大。对于4滤室的袋式除尘器,第四滤室风量比第一滤室风速量大3倍以上。为克服风量不均衡问题,通过进一步分析,提出了可调式斜向挡板风量分配新工艺,从而对提高袋式除尘器的收尘性能、指导"电改袋"的工程实践具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Base on software of CFX fluid mechanics calculation,conduct speed field stimulation for the lower air input and external type washing filter bag when static alter bag.Analog study findings fore-and-aft,the upper blast speed building up. The blast speed of fourth filter chamber is three times than the first filter chamber.Recommend the new technology of zoom type sloping baffle air distribution and improve the ability of bag washing filter.
