包钢三烧配加强化剂工业实验

【摘要】 包钢烧结混合料配人强化剂后,可提高烧结矿产量,降低固体燃耗。同时烧结矿的转鼓强度得到提高,还原粉化指数得到改善,从固体燃耗及烧结矿增产两方面考虑,每吨烧结矿可降低成本1.94元/t。

【Abstract】 blending the fortifier in the sinter mix results increase in productivity while ruducing fuel consumption,the drum strength of the sinter have been raised,the Reduction powder index be improved,.for the two considerations of fuel consumption and sinter production,costs of sin- ter reduce 1.94 yuan/t.
