太钢450m~2烧结机配矿试验研究

【摘要】 本文在实验研究国内常见的几种进口矿粉烧结基础特性的基础上,根据太钢的自有资源和生产条件,应用互补性原理进行优化配矿,并进行了大量的实验室试验和工业性试验,通过选择合理成份、调整工艺技术参数等一系列有效措施的实施,使得450m~2烧结机生产的烧结矿质量能够满足4350m~3高炉的生产要求,为4350m~3高炉快速达产提供了保障。
【Abstract】 On the study of basic properties of several kinds of imported iron ore by introducing the complementary theory and the consecutive laboratory tests and industrial trials,this paper pres- ents the study process on how to proportion the raw material by optimizing the practical operation parameters and selecting the reasonable sinter chemical compositions.The results had shown that the sinter strength produced by the 450m~2 sinter strand could meet the demands of the 4350m~3 BF and the quality of sinter had successfully guarantee the smooth blowing on of the 4350m~3 BF.
