【摘要】 造成冶金企业排水的主要原因是为维持循环水水质。为此,开展首钢厂区污水“零”排放的课题研究,通过将部分排水进行脱盐处理,同时进一步压缩高盐水量,使厂区大循环水系统的水质、水量均满足平衡的要求,并最大限度的压缩和利用工艺产生的高含盐水,使工业污水处理和水的循环利用水平得到进一步提升,同时有效解决水质平衡问题。本研究对于首钢的结构调整及缺水地区的项目建设提供水资源高度利用的技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main reason for metallurgy enterprise to discharge waste water is to maintain the quality of circulating water.As a result,study on zero discharge of waste water is developed to deal with the problem of the balance of the water quality.By means of the part of discharge water being desalted and the quantity of the water containing high salt being compressed,the quality and quantity of water in the circulating water system of the factory can meet the requirement of the balance of the water quality.In the meantime the water highly containing salt will be condensed and utilized to the maximum extent so as to improve the standard of the industry sewage treatment and efficiently settle the problem of water quality balance as well.This study gives the technology support to the construction of Shougang in new place and project construction in water -deficient area in respect of highly utilization of water resources.更多还原
